Skylark is an independently run business based in East Anglia.
Growing up in a very old, cold and damp house in the heart of rural Norfolk inspired the passion to help with the issue of fuel poverty, helping people to reduce their energy bills and consequently, carbon footprint. The EPC is a starting block towards understanding and improving energy costs.
Established in EPC assessments since 2013, we offer an EPC service for domestic properties – sales, rentals, renewables and probate transactions and we pride ourselves in fast turnaround of certificates and great customer service. We are ECMK assessor accredited and carry the ABBE and Trustmark logos.
We also specialise in energy efficiency for older and traditional buildings, PAS2035 ‘whole house’ retrofit assessments and are passionate about improvements being sympathetic to the fabric of the buildings and areas within which they are located.
